Orders sent in more than one parcel

Occasionally an order is sent in separate parcels. If you have only received part of your order, the remaining items are likely still on their way — contact us on +61 449 933 334 with your order number if you have any questions.

Returns & exchanges

• Article(s) purchased online are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered, with all brand and product labels/tags attached, together with proof of purchase.
• Discounted products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
• Fragrances, accessories and footwear are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
